Humanware: the human face of projects

Benefits for the participants of the XVII GeneXus International Meeting continue to grow. On this occasion the CMI International Group presents a workshop on projects of change, with discounts for the participants of the Meeting.

Behind change, processes, roles and responsibilities, and even the way to understand and manage a business, are being changed. Humanware is a management model of the human factor designed for projects of change providing tools for prevention, diagnosis and handling of conflicts throughout a project life cycle.

Humanware workshop: the human face of projects of change has the overall purpose of sensitizing participants to the difficulties involved in projects of change and of providing models and tools for prevention, early diagnosis and/or handling of these conflicts. It is based on brief theoretical presentations, group dynamics and experiential exercises, reviews and analysis of the learning process experience. For more information on the CMI International Group you can listen to the interview on the Meeting’s Radio with Valeria Bodajian, who will also be in charge of presenting the workshop on this occasion.

The workshop is geared towards project heads and managers, technical and functional advisors, managers and staff of the Systems and Human Resources departments, and to all those whose involvement is key to the success of a project of change.

The workshop will take place for two full days on two occasions - October 18 and 19 and November 27 and 28 - at the Regency Suites Hotel (Gabriel Otero 6428, near Avenida Arocena) in Montevideo, Uruguay. Participants of the XVII GeneXus International Meeting will receive a 10 percent discount.
