GeneXus Launches webinar series featuring Let’s PLAI winners
Discover in detail how BQS Software, Concepto, and Valkimia - the winners of the Let’s PLAI competition - integrated Artificial Intelligence into critical business processes using Globant Enterprise AI technology.
GeneXus announces the agenda for Let’s PLAI Live, a new live webinar series dedicated to showcasing the winning projects of Let’s PLAI, the competition that honors clients and members of the GeneXus Alliance who are innovating with Globant Enterprise AI.
This special series will take place online on November 25, and December 3 and 4, 2025. Each session will focus on one of the three winning projects. The webinars will be hosted by Aníbal Gonda, Partner Manager at GeneXus, and will feature direct participation from the teams who conceived, designed, and implemented the award-winning solutions. At the end of each session, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the experts and get their questions answered in an open Q&A session.
“GeneXus’ Let’s PLAI Live series is a unique opportunity to see firsthand how real-world problems in critical sectors can be solved using Globant Enterprise AI - the enterprise platform that enables organizations to integrate Artificial Intelligence into their systems in a practical, secure, and fully governed way,” Gonda emphasized.
All webinars will be delivered in Spanish, with simultaneous translation into English and Portuguese, ensuring participation from the international community. Registration is free and can be completed through a web form.
Here are the cases that will be presented:
BQS Software presents an intelligent Human Resources Agent that automates payroll configuration and processing, allowing calculations to be defined in natural language. Thanks to Globant Enterprise AI, they have reduced configuration times by 90%, improving accuracy and agility in response to regulatory changes. This project, designed for organizations of all sizes, eliminates the burden of manual formulas and simplifies access to advanced payroll automation.
Concepto will showcase CLARA v2.0, a solution that automates the interpretation of import invoices, translates descriptions, and classifies products according to the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM). Using AI Assistants from Globant Enterprise AI, this system facilitates the determination of tariff codes, making the process faster and more accessible, while learning and improving with every operation. A case study in digital transformation in international trade and compliance.
Valkimia, GeneXus Distributor in Chile and Argentina, will present VKM SMART: an assistant that applies the SMART methodology (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) to define, validate, and accelerate innovation projects within organizations. This solution, recognized in the Innovation in Automation category, helps transform ideas into real projects, ensuring impact and alignment with business objectives.
