Solution Partner: INENCO
Born in 1988, INENCO, has advanced from developing only IT systems to the incorporation of a consulting area to offer integral solutions. Its present and future: being an Artech Solution Partner.
INENCO is an Argentinean company that provides solutions both in hardware and software and it represents IBM-Lotus, Oracle, Microsoft, HP. That means INENCO can offer solutions in Application Development, Migrations, Technical Support, Network Consulting, BI, and Web Development among others.
INENCO started its activities in 1988, although initially it only worked in IT systems development, and it did not have a hardware or software license sales department. It later incorporated a Consulting Department, to focus on offering integral solutions in the IT field both to public institutions and private companies. As a consequence the company achieved an important position in the Argentinean market, especially with projects such as the Neuquen Province Integrated Accounting System, the School Management System or the Service Station sales Management System among others.
Guillermo Besteiro, the company’s Managing Partner, assured that the difference is that INENCO approaches its clients “as a strategic partner.” And we want them to consider us not just a technological partner but a “Solution Partner.” Because we do not just accompany the technological advancement that will be incorporated into the company but we help them find business solutions that enable them to be more efficient, more effective and make the right investment to achieve it."
The fist contact with GeneXus was in 1997, but it was only in 2002 with the incorporation of Oracle as another line of products of the company when they started to assimilate the development tool.
2005 brought important changes, because in addition to adopting GeneXus as a tool for future developments, they signed an agreement with Artech as Solution Partner Silver, achieving this way a more fluent communication with the product specialists. Besteiro points out that “it was surprising how easily our technicians could communicate directly with the people who had developed and were developing the product. This enables us to obtain the solution to a specific problem from the source.”
This agreement was added to a list of important agreements that the company already had such as with IBM Argentina, Lotus Argentina, Oracle Argentina, Microsoft, HP, Buenos Aires Software, and Aranda Software among others.
The future looks even more promising for INENCO. Besteiro assures that “with our work methodology we seek to accompany our Clients’ growth. This requires us to be constantly up-to-date to then empower each client’s IT infrastructure. In order to achieve this objective, we need to have a technological partner such as Artech".
