The requirements for participating in this program, which calls for full-time commitment from January to March, 2002 are having a university degree in Systems Engineering, or be in the 9^th or 10^th year of studies, and having previous experience in the development of visual systems. Applicants who will take a test at AB&AB Tecnologías de la Información will have to have a GPA of 12.0, be no older than 23, and be committed to undergoing training for a period of no less than a year.

Participants will receive training on GeneXus and related tools; they will gain professional experience, and according to their performance, will have the chance to remain in the company, working for the areas of user support, training, and/or systems development. Trainees will also receive an incentive after finishing the GeneXus courses.
