Our GeneXus Training academy has officially launched the "GeneXus Career Plan", a training program designed for those who wish to learn and formalize their knowledge in GeneXus, and enhance their professional profile in the world of technology.
The plan is primarily composed of specializations in GeneXus, GeneXus BPM Suite, and GeneXus For Mobile, each with different academic levels ranging from Junior.
The studies are offered in Spanish, English, and Portuguese and can be either free (with self-study materials) or paid (taking the course on an LMS, with live online classes, practical projects, personalized mentoring by experts, and internationally recognized certifications).
"The demand for highly skilled professionals in the field of software development has reached unprecedented levels, and GeneXus is no exception to this. The 'GeneXus Career Path' arises as a response to this need, offering a comprehensive learning experience with a practical and results-oriented approach," says Alejandra Pereiro, Training Manager at GeneXus.
The GeneXus Core Course is the first step for all GeneXus career plans. This training teaches how GeneXus logic works through the development of a simplified real application. To start, only basic programming and database knowledge are recommended.
Upon completing each course, students can choose to validate their knowledge through an exam. By passing the evaluation, an internationally recognized certification is obtained. The names of graduates are also listed in the GeneXus Technicians roster, an added value for those looking to advance in the job market.

1. Junior GeneXus Analyst
Course: GeneXus Core
Exam: GeneXus Core (Junior Level)
Intended for: Those who need to learn GeneXus from scratch.
2. GeneXus Analyst
Course: GeneXus Advanced
Exam: GeneXus Advanced (Intermediate Level)
Intended for: Those who have already passed the GeneXus Core course (Junior GeneXus Analysts).
3. Senior GeneXus Analyst
Course: GeneXus Proficiency
Exam: GeneXus Proficiency (Senior Level)
Intended for: Those who have already passed the GeneXus Core and GeneXus Advanced courses (GeneXus Analysts).
4. GeneXus Instructor
Course: GeneXus Proficiency
Exam: GeneXus Instructor (Instructor Level)
Intended for: Senior GeneXus Analysts.
GeneXus Instructors are qualified to teach the GeneXus Core and GeneXus Advanced courses in any mode and at training centers authorized by GeneXus.
