Once we decided which database, operating system, and programming language to use, we got to work on the project.”
The focus was clear: every relevant process had to be digitalized and under system control, from the entry of materials to their dispatch. Thus, Memphis drew a line in the sand: not a single item, from returns to refurbishments, would escape the system.
“We started discussions in August 2020. First, we developed the ‘SpeakEasy’ messaging app, which helped us reduce operating costs and increase productivity. Then, we began the long-awaited MSearch Portal. It was four months of focused development, and midway through, with the arrival of a new business partner, the project scope was modified. After that change, we built our application in six to seven months. In August 2021, we received and published our first object.”
