‪#‎SwiftSwim App: mobile artificial intelligence for swimming #wearable #iOS, made with GeneXus‬

All members of the GeneXus Community with an iPhone are invited to Beta test an innovative application thought for fans of swimming. SwiftSwim was developed with the latest version of GeneXus X Evolution 3.

The first swimming application developed with artificial intelligence is already available for exclusive testing by the GeneXus Community.
If you want to become a betatester for this innovative application before its release, you are required to register for it here.
In line with the trend of wearable mobile technology, Swim Swift is based on automatic learning algorithms to provide accuracy in the identification of swimming styles, performance and energy demand. By recognizing movements and learning about the specific stroke for each swimming style, it helps in improving the performance of swimmers. The application’s precision enables the identification of swimming techniques with over 90% accuracy. This app also allows for the creation of virtual groups and competition groups.
Automatic learning and artificial intelligence
Automatic learning and artificial intelligence included in the construction of this application lead to learning from the data obtain rather than following instructions explicitly programmed only. SwiftSwim, developed with GeneXus X Evolution 3, has its own learning algorithm. It uses sensors located in Smart phones, in combination with GeneXus external objects and artificial intelligence native procedures, to interpret gravity measurements, in addition to acceleration sensors and a gyroscope and a magnetometer. Each one of these tools captures information on a tri-dimensional axis –which implies over 5 million data points captured by SwiftSwim for every hour of swimming-, turning it into different metrics designed for an enhanced training of swimmers. To date, it has proven to be one of the most powerful applications for fitness data analysis.
